Shipping policy

Since 2020, we have refined a meticulous packing and shipping process to ensure every painting arrives in pristine condition. Each work is professionally wrapped using archival-quality materials and securely prepared for transit, then shipped from Hawaii via FedEx, with tracking and attention to detail at every step.

Our remote location does not limit our professionalism—it strengthens our commitment to deliver your artwork safely and seamlessly.

Artwork is typically shipped via FEDEX from Hawaii within 5-7 business days. Once an artwork is shipped, please allow 3-6 more business days for it to arrive. The customer will receive an email with a tracking number so that they can see exactly when the artwork will arrive.

If artwork delivery is required on a tight deadline, please contact Danielle Nelisse directly before placing the order at (619) 379-5518 so that she can arrange expedited shipping.

All artwork is triple packaged in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery. We send art via FedEx.  

Please note, a signature is required for delivery. The buyer assumes responsibility for the art after it has been delivered.
