Shipping

Since 2020, we have refined a meticulous packing and shipping process to ensure every painting arrives in pristine condition. Each work is professionally wrapped using archival-quality materials and securely prepared for transit, then shipped from Hawaii via FedEx, with tracking and attention to detail at every step.

Our remote location does not limit our professionalism—it strengthens our commitment to delivering your artwork safely and seamlessly.

Returns

Our return policy states that if customers are not fully satisfied with the original artwork they ordered, they may return the original painting within 7 days. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping

To return the painting, ship it in original packaging to: Danielle Nelisse Fine Art Studio, 1135 Makawao Avenue, Suite 103-119, Makawao, Hawaii 96768 United States.

Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance because we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
